Community Group Conferences are a chance for the voice of the community to be heard as well as the victim's voice. Community representatives are trained to provide the community view of the crime, the disruption and harm caused and the appropriateness of an offender's remorse and his or her offers to repair the damage of their crime. Reparative Panels allow the offender to return as many times as needed to complete their work to make repairs and amends.
